
Wilson’s 1st and 2nd graders are building their locomotor and manipulative skills through fun, collaborative activities in gym class.




Wilson’s second-grade artists took inspiration from the artist Paul Klee to create their own Cat and Bird pieces. Through the use of bold colors and unique shapes, they brought their whiskered creations to life.



Wilson students took inspiration from the book Balloons Over Broadway and brought the magic of the Thanksgiving Parade to life! From brainstorming designs to carefully crafting each piece, their imagination soared as high as the iconic parade balloons.








Our Wilson Wizards didn’t let the rain dampen their recess fun! They enjoyed a variety of indoor games and activities.







Today at Wilson, the incredible Basketball Jones brought the energy and inspiration! Along with basketball tricks that had everyone on their feet, he shared a powerful message: kindness matters. A simple hello, a helping hand, or a kind word can make a world of difference.

In honor of Veterans Day, students took the time to write letters to members of our armed forces. This special project was also tied in with World Kindness Day, giving students a chance to practice kindness by reaching out to those who protect our freedoms.




Wilson fourth and fifth grade students welcomed local author Matt Myklusch. He shared the magic behind his books, gave us a peek into his creative writing process, and inspired our students to grow their love for reading and writing even more.





Some of our first grade students explored the fascinating properties of air using wind socks. Their curiosity took flight as they dove into this "windy" investigation.

Our amazing fifth graders are making a difference every week by showing kindness to the environment! They collect recyclable paper, proving that small actions can lead to big impacts.

Some of our third grade students kicked off their study of the human body with a challenge: teaming up to count and discover all 206 bones in the human skeleton.



Wilson fourth grade scientists investigated and observed the powerful impacts of physical weathering on rocks.




Bravo to our talented Wilson students for their fantastic performance of The Rotten Princess! Loosely based on Shakespeare’s The Taming of the Shrew, this lively production delivered laughs, drama, and a message about the power of kindness.









Some of our Wilson Buddies took their learning outdoors. They dove into their stories, analyzing character traits and bringing them to life through creative illustrations.

Wilson students learned about the importance of Election Day and took part in the electoral process by casting their votes for a school spirit day. With 82% of the votes, November 27 will be pajama day!





Faculty from Wilson and Franklin spent the afternoon collaboratively planning.





Students in Mrs. Heard's class designed their own beautiful rangoli patterns as they learned about the traditions of Diwali.


Ms. Brown’s students put their engineering skills to the test with a spooky twist! In a fun Marshmallow Ghost Stack Challenge, they worked together to build the tallest structures.
