Our student support counselor stopped by first grade classes to introduce himself. He shared the story, The Rabbit Listened, reminding students that one of the most important parts of his job at Wilson is being there to listen.
Students enjoyed their first Wilson Book Fair of the school year. It will be open until Wednesday at 9:30 AM for any last-minute finds.

Westfield High School students from the No Place for Hate group visited our 5th graders for a lesson on building a kind, inclusive school community. Through thoughtful conversations and activities, students explored what it means to be an upstander, recognize bias, and help make our school a safe, welcoming place for everyone.
Wilson’s fourth graders participated in a bike safety assembly to get ready for the upcoming Bike Rodeo. From helmet tips to traffic rules, our students are learning how to ride smart and stay safe.
This spring, Wilson welcomed therapy dogs Skipper and Teddy into our classrooms. They brought smiles, calm, and comfort to our students. We’re excited for this new initiative and the paws-itive impact it will have on our school community!
Wilson’s 4th graders stepped back in time during their visit to Philadelphia’s historic landmarks. They brought their social studies lessons to life by exploring the rich history of our nation.
Wilson 5th graders had an unforgettable day exploring Lake Hopatcong and the Musconetcong River. From testing water quality aboard the Floating Classroom to discovering aquatic life in the river and hiking through Hopatcong State Park, students became real-life scientists while learning how to protect the environment.
Wilson’s 5th Grade Chorus, led by Mr. Norkus, delivered a beautiful performance of the National Anthem and then enjoyed the Somerset Patriots baseball game.🇺🇸⚾

Today, Wilson's 3rd graders were treated to a live, musical introduction to the instruments they can study. They explored options like the violin, clarinet, and trumpet, and cello.
