Thank you to the wonderful McKinley PTO for organizing a fantastic teacher and staff appreciation week.

4th Graders presented a Living Wax Museum. Students chose a trailblazer to research and share what they learned. Parents, staff, and students loved hearing about the lives of these inspirational trailblazers.

5th Graders in Ms. Toulios' music class created a variety of instruments out of recycled materials. Students had fun sharing the materials they used to build their instruments and enjoyed displaying the variety of sounds they created.

Fifth graders listened thoughtfully to the testimony shared by the granddaughter of a Holocaust survivor. Students were empowered to identify and stand up against acts of hate.

Under the direction of Ms. Fatsis and Mr. Staluppi, the 4th Grade Orchestra and Band performed a wonderful concert for our school this morning. It was a lovely way to start the day.
