Each year, the second grades make their own tie-dye T-shirts. When I used to tie-dye, you would roll up a piece of the shirt with a fork, rubberband it, and hold it in colored dye. Whoever heard of spray paint tie-dye?! Next, there will be Dick Tracy watches.

One of our own therapy dogs, Skipper, starred on the CBS Morning Show this week. Skipper talked about how much he loves visiting Washington School each day and learning how to read. Skipper can be found each afternoon at the bicycle racks giving out autographs.

Fifth grader Maddy Seib named the 2024-2025 fifth-grade school store TRENDY TRINKETS. Buyers are already lining up for the next school store date: Friday, December 6 during the lunch hour.
