Wilson 3rd and 4th graders studied Native American culture during Native American Heritage Month in November. Activities included researching and creating colorful murals of Native American regions and an in-classroom "field trip" for students to learn about the Native Lenape.




The Westfield High School No Place for Hate Immigration and Allyship Committee hosted “A Seat at the Table” on Thursday afternoon, with a focus on fellowship as attendees shared stories of family culture and history, along with a favorite recipe.

A panel of WHS 12th graders shared experiences and wisdom during an evening session for 9th and 10th graders and their families, as part of yearlong informational programming offered by the WHS Counseling Department.



Tamaques 4th graders recently enjoyed makerspace activities with lots of hands-on, problem-solving collaboration.




Tangram puzzles are hands-on math manipulatives that encourage problem-solving and introduce or reinforce geometric concepts.




Lincoln students play fun math games to develop number sense. They shake and spill red and yellow counters to build combinations of 10.





The Washington Fall Singalong is always a huge hit! Thank you to all of the parents who came out to support the choristers.

Edison students recently wrote thank you cards to friends, former teachers, siblings, and others in the Westfield Public Schools, expressing why they are grateful for that person. Special thanks to Student Assistance Coordinator (SAC) Melissa Wilson for organizing this event.
