
Roosevelt musical ensembles - Jazz I, Jazz II, and the Afternoon Ramble - performed at the Rotary Club of Westfield's annual Breakfast with the Bands.


Wilson students and staff welcomed author Audrey Vernick for Read Across America Week. She reminded students that story ideas can be found anywhere, encouraging young authors to write their ideas down. Mrs. Vernick told the group that she keeps her ideas in a special bowl.

March is Youth Art Month and Music In Our Schools Month. We're kicking both off with an Opening Reception on Tuesday, March 5 from 4:30-6:30p at the Roig Collection. We hope to see you there, as we celebrate the arts in our schools!


Mr. Samarco's class has been comparing/contrasting character traits in "Dragon Masters: Rise of the Earth Dragon", creating their own dragons for the Lunar New Year. In social studies, they are researching African American inventors in celebration of Black History Month.




Edison 8th graders in U.S. History recently participated in a Model Congress lesson. They learned about the legislative process by doing the work of elected officials, with student-written bills voted on by their peers.


When the citizens of Bikini Bottom discover that a volcano will soon erupt and destroy their humble home, SpongeBob and his friends must come together to save the fate of their undersea world.
