Kindergartners introduced to relay races. "This fun activity is more than just a race," says Lincoln principal Dr. Tiffany Jacobson. "It’s a fantastic way for our young learners to practice gross motor skills, improve their coordination, and experience the power of teamwork."


Congratulations to McKinley 4th grader Aliyah , selected as a winner of the "Student Ideas for a Better America" competition by the National Museum of Education. She submitted her idea as a 3rd grader... a deep subterranean thermoelectric generator she calls the "E-zap Box."

To select their top 3 choices for an upcoming memoir book club, Roosevelt 7th graders in Ms. Burke's ELA class participated in a "book tasting, complete with tablecloths, French music, and candlelit ambiance," says principal Brian Gechtman.
