If you need to cancel an exam for any reason, you can submit a request at www.TotalRegistration.net/AP/311585, follow these directions. Testing Accommodations (if applicable):

Students approved for testing accommodations by the College Board can view their accommodations on Total Registration and AP Classroom.

  • If you wish to waive some or all of your accommodations, your parent/guardian must email me directly with the specific exam and accommodations you want to waive.

  • Accommodations provided by your teachers do not automatically apply to AP Exams. The College Board governs all AP testing accommodations, and only pre-approved accommodations will be available.

School-Issued Chromebook & College Board Sign-In:

  • All students must bring their fully charged school-issued Chromebook and power cord to their exams. Personal computers are not permitted.

  • Extra Chromebooks will not be available from proctors or IT staff.

  • You must know your College Board (AP Classroom) login credentials. These credentials are not saved in the testing application, and proctors cannot retrieve them.

Important: If you haven’t used your school-issued Chromebook recently, complete the following steps BEFORE May:

  1. Power on your Chromebook while in school.

  2. Do NOT sign into your school account—instead, locate the Bluebook app in the waffle menu at the lower-left corner of the sign-in screen.

  3. Sign into the Bluebook app using your College Board (AP Classroom) credentials.

  4. Select a test preview to familiarize yourself with the test platform and its functionalities.

  5. Log out of the Bluebook app and test out the DAC app (this is for World Language exam only) by repeating steps 2 and 3.

  6. If you experience any technical issues, visit the IT staff in the library for support.

School Attendance During AP Testing:

The school will follow a regular bell schedule during AP testing weeks.

  • You will be marked as attending a School-Sponsored Event (a non-chargeable absence) for classes that overlap with your exam time.

  • Typically, students taking a morning exam are excused from periods 1–6, while students taking an afternoon exam are excused from periods 5–9 (allowing time for lunch).

  • You do not need to contact the attendance office for missed class time but should inform your teachers in advance.

Supplemental Exam Prep:

The College Board offers AP Daily as a supplemental resource. The 2025 Practice Sessions will launch in mid-April. You can also watch past recordings on YouTube or in AP Classroom.

There are also test previews in the Bluebook app for all hybrid and fully digital exams.
