Christine Saliceti is our Student Support Counselor at Jefferson School.

Ms. Saliceti meets with the students individually to help with any problems (social, academic, behavioral, emotional, etc.) that may be going on. The children also may have the opportunity to participate in "lunch clubs". These clubs meet during their lunch time (when they eat, not during recess). They play various games that help to promote social skills, decision making, problem solving and self-esteem. There are times when the counselor also goes into the classrooms to teach lessons. Some topics may include: bullying, tattle tales, anger management, conflict resolution, etc.
