Substitute Employees

All new substitute employees should register on the Payroll Portal with your personal email address. 
We are paperless! 

The Payroll Portal includes your paycheck stubs, federal forms W-2 and 1095-C, and other important payroll information.  Your W2 forms can be accessed from the portal up to 18 months after your employment ends.

Payroll Portal - Logging in the first time:    Go to

  • Click "Forgot Password" and enter your email address as your login.
  • Click the Green tab “Send Reset Password Token”.  
  • Retrieve the email you were sent and click           Reset your password
  • Create a new password that has at least 7 alpha-numeric-case sensitive characters example: Abc1234 or abc1234 or abcdefg etc.
  • Enter your emergency contact and cell phone information accordingly.
* As a reminder, your email address used to set up your portal access is your user name.
Substitutes are paid semi-monthly on the 15th and the last day of the month
(unless it is a weekend or holiday). 
Substitutes are paid 1 pay cycle behind regular salaried employees
(ie  1st of the month through the 15th of the month time worked is paid the last day of the month etc....
The Substitute/Voucher payment schedule is below.   
Please keep track of how many days you work in each pay period and compare it to your paystub (which can be found on the payroll portal).
Please sign in at every school when your work.
