End of the Year Information

Final Exams are June 12-18

June 19 and 20 will be half-day sessions

Graduation Practice will take place on June 24 and 25 at 9:00 am.  Details will follow. 

Graduation is June 25th

Spring Concert Dates

May 3rd- Westfield Jazz Night, Cafeteria B, 7:00 pm

May 8th- Choral Concert, 7:30 pm

May 15th- Band Concert, 7:00 pm

May 22nd- Orchestra Concert, 7:30 pm

May 29th- Jazz, Percussion and Winterguard Concert, 7:30 pm


Important Attendance Information

  • Parents may call or provide a note to Office A to excuse an absence or a tardy or to give permission to leave the building.  
  • Students who arrive late to school during 1st or 2nd period will no longer need to report to Office A to get a pass.  They should report directly to class.  If a student arrives after 9:00 am, they need to report to office A.  All lateness to school will be unexcused without a parent phone call or note with a valid reason to Office A.
  • REMINDER- Even though an absence is excused, it will still count toward a student's attendance record and their total number of allowed absences.
