Edison Intermediate School joins the global community in expressing our deepest sympathy and concern for those who were affected by the earthquake in Haiti.

Shannon was in Haiti as recently as this summer working in an orphanage and has first-hand knowledge of the island, its people, its struggles, and its hope.  Shannon was interviewed by one of our 8th grade Journalism students.

All students and their families are welcome to contribute to the American Red Cross through EIS' Hope For Haiti Fundraiser.  Money will be collected in homeroom and all money raised will go to the American Red Cross.  Checks may be made out to the American Red Cross.
