WHS Project 79 - Invisible Man
In conjunction with their reading of Ralph Ellison's novel, The Invisible Man, several Westfield High School seniors in the Project '79 program attempted to disappear within the interior school surroundings. Students were painted in such a way that they were camouflaged amid their surroundings in order to raise questions about whom or what is not normally "seen" during the course of a day. Pictured here is WHS senior, Brianna Guddemi, at the Snapple machine in the school's cafeteria.
